Individual nights (<7 nights):
Sunday - Thursday: $200 per night
Friday and Saturday: $225 per night
Weekly (7-29 nights) - $850 per week (requires a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking)
Monthly (more than 30 nights): $2200 per month (requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking)
